Makalu Sherpa Youth Club believes that every citizen must support the development of the nation. Established in 2008, Makalu Sherpa Youth Club aims to support the physical, mental, and social development of the nation by engaging in volunteer services like culture preservation, sanitation of society, and local development construction through sports, physical exercise, awareness activities, and cultural programs.
The Makalu Sherpa Youth Club is an autonomous, non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental social club established with a strong determination for development without prejudice, discrimination, political motives, and selflessly and sincerely keeping a pure social spirit.
OUR OBJECTIVES
Organize awareness campaigns, rallies, and miscellaneous programs
Organize awareness campaigns, rallies, and miscellaneous programs related to social distortions, communicable diseases, and different social evils by involving all children, youths, and adults.
Culture preservation and promotion programs
Preserve, and promote the culture of our country and inculcate in the new generation through diverse traditional cultural programs especially among youths and children.
Environment conservation and promote sanitation
Conduct environmental sanitation and awareness programs at the local, regional and national levels through organized clubs. And also conduct promotional facts and awareness programs about environmental pollution, deforestation, and biodiversity.
Play volunteer role and social service role
To play a volunteer role in coordination with government agencies related to various development works at the local and national levels. And also to play a social service role by being involved in various relief activities during natural calamities like floods, landslides, earthquakes, fires, and epidemics.
We also aim to create mass awareness among youth who are the invincible power of a nation to engage in the sports and physical business for physical and mental development that helps in building a healthy and capable society.
